Our Mission
The NCC's vendor community, represented by the Vendor Advisory Board, will help NCC Corporate Member organisations and the wider UK user domain make the most effective use of IT by becoming a trusted community that provides un-biased and relevant advice and thought leadership in relation to the technology and business issues they face. We will do this to raise the perceived and actual value of IT in the UK, enable vendors and users to reduce risk and to help validate thinking around technology, solutions and business problems.
NCC members can benefit from the vendor membership’s collected views and knowledge, as well as thought leadership to help achieve their business objectives in an impartial and uncomplicated manner. For instance, they can investigate potential solutions, challenge vendors’ capabilities and test potential IT project delivery approaches.
The Vendor membership, under the guidance of the VAB will work hard to build trust between Vendor and NCC members and will work with NCC members to build a mutually beneficial relationship with them, the vendors and the wider UK IT Community. We will attract and promote the UK’s leading IT/IS solutions, services and product vendors from Tier One suppliers through to emerging technology and specialist services/products suppliers, for the greater good of the UK from a business performance perspective.
Vendors become members of the NCC to share their experience and knowledge with each other, the wider membership and to gain feedback and input from all members.
