Leadership
Effective leaders achieve results, attain goals and realise visions quickly and effectively. And true leaders will allow themselves to be inspired. A person who has learnt how to lead will never forget those lessons. The skills they have developed will be more fulfilling and longer-lasting because they have been hard won. Selecting the best team for a given project is a vital part of its development but without the right person heading that team it will almost certainly fail. People need to be inspired, motivated and guided.
